Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and live table rounds are placed and settled on our site, and what happens if a game or your connection fails part-way through a round. They apply to every game in our lobby and sit alongside our terms and conditions.

General rules for every bet
You may hold one account with us, in your own name, and only you may use it. Play is for players aged 18 or over. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the rules of the game you are playing and the stake you are committing.
We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of account holders, so you may be asked for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- One account per person. Where we find more than one account held by the same person, we may close the duplicates and settle balances as set out in our terms and conditions.
- Real-money and bonus balances are separate. The cashier shows each balance, and where you hold both, stakes are taken in the order set out in the bonus terms.
- Bets are final once placed. A spin, hand or round cannot be cancelled, changed or reversed once you have confirmed the stake.
- Stakes leave your balance when the round starts. Any win is credited when the round is settled by the game server.
- Where these rules and a game's own rules differ, the rules and paytable inside that game apply to that round.
A confirmed bet cannot be taken back
Once a round has started we cannot cancel it, change the stake or return it to your balance, even if the stake was larger than you intended. Stake and table limits are shown on screen before you play.
Staying in control
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time, using the tools and the limits shown in your account. GamStop lets you block yourself from licensed online gambling sites in Great Britain, and free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. If gambling stops being something you enjoy, use these tools before you place another bet.
How bets and spins are settled
The outcome of every round is produced by the game server, not by the software on your screen. The result recorded on the server is the result that stands, and our records of stakes, outcomes and payouts are used to settle any question about a round.
- Outcomes in slots and other automated games are produced by a random number generator, and past results do not affect future ones.
- Wins are paid in line with the paytable inside the game, using the stake and bet configuration in force when the round started.
- Each game's rules, paytable and features are shown in its own help or information screen and apply in full to every round.
- Where the display on your device and the server record disagree, the server record is final.
- Maximum win and maximum payout rules set inside a game apply to each round.
Every game shows a return-to-player figure in its help screen. This is a theoretical percentage worked out over a very large number of rounds, not a forecast for any single session. Results over a short period can sit well above or well below it.
| What you are looking for | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Paytable, symbols and features | The help or information screen inside the game |
| Return-to-player figure | The same help screen, given as a percentage |
| Minimum and maximum stakes | The bet panel, or the table limits shown before you join |
| Your own past rounds | The game history in your account |
Malfunctions, disconnections and incomplete rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or payout does not work as designed, the affected round is void: the stake for that round is returned to the balance it came from, and no winnings arising from the fault are paid.
- Faults can include a display error, a payout that does not match the paytable, a duplicated round or an interrupted feature.
- Where a fault has credited a balance in error, we may correct the balance, and we will tell you when we do.
- We may make a game unavailable while a fault is looked into.
If your connection drops, the round continues on the server. Automated games settle the round and credit any win, so you will see the result the next time you open the game or your game history. Where a round needs further action from you, it is held open and resumes at the same point when you return.
Rounds that stay unfinished are settled or voided in line with the rules of that game and the period shown in them. Stakes for voided rounds are returned to your balance.
Opening the same game in two windows or on two devices at once can interrupt a round. Close one session, then reopen the game to pick up where you left off.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are played under the bonus terms attached to them. Those terms set the wagering requirement, the games that count towards it, how much each game contributes and how long you have to use the bonus.
- A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is open, at the amount shown in the bonus terms and in the cashier.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some are excluded altogether, as set out in the bonus terms.
- Stakes are taken from your real-money or bonus balance in the order described in the bonus terms.
- Bonus wins are added to the bonus balance and become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.
- Where a stake exceeds the maximum, or an excluded game is played with bonus funds, we may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
Game rules do not change when you play with a bonus. The same paytables, limits and settlement rules apply; only the source of the stake and the conditions on withdrawing the winnings are different.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to a fixed rhythm. Each table has its own rules, limits and side bets, all shown in the help screen at that table, so please go through them before you take a seat.
- Betting is open for a set period in each round. Bets placed after betting closes are not accepted and are returned to your balance.
- The dealer's call and the result recorded by the table system settle the round.
- Where a card is misdealt, a spin is void or a round cannot be completed fairly, the round is void and stakes are returned.
- If the video stream fails, the round continues and is settled on the server, and the result appears in your game history.
Please keep chat at the table courteous. We may withdraw chat access, or ask you to leave a table, where behaviour affects the dealer or other players.
Questions and disputes about a round
If a round does not look right, contact us before you carry on playing. Write to support@casinoquinnbet.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and give us enough detail for us to find the round in our records.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, and the time shown on your device.
- The stake you placed and the result you saw.
- The round, hand or transaction reference from your game history.
- A short description of what you expected to happen.
We check the detail you give us against the server records for that round and come back to you with what those records show. The server record is decisive. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains how to take the matter further, including to the dispute resolution service named there.
